On demand I can add the name of a pet, people, location or date at the bottom of the custom painting or the prints items. Just mention it in the order.

I do the custom paintings from 7″ x 5″, 8″ x 10″, 9″ x 12″, 11″ x 14″, 18″ x 24″, 22″ x 30″. There are standard size, easy to find frame for them . It’s useful for me to see the details of the reference photo in order to suggest an appropriate size dimension if you wish.

I can combine different elements from different photos reference to create a painting (like a background, pet, sign) as well as subtract elements. Just mention your preference for color background or no background for portrait for example. We work together on the composition of your painting. I will make sure by messenger that we are on same page and everything is clearly understood.

Shipping:

The time for shipping varies. I offer USPS Ground Advantage in USA which varies from 3 to 10 business days. I will send you the tracking number so you can follow the shipping route.

I check my messages and orders everyday. It takes 3 to 7 days for the process. I will let you know if there is a delay for some reason. You can let me know if you need to receive the painting at a certain date so you will be my priority.

I always send a digital photo of the finished painting to your email for your approval before I ship it.

Please contact me asap if you have problems with your order. I will try my best to satisfy your request before the shipment occur. If damages (photo of the damage needed) happen during shipment, a reimbursement will be done. Because of the nature of these items (custom painting) I can’t accept returns.

As for the art prints, if there is damage (photo of the damage needed), I will send you another order.
